Setting up the app for prescription refills
Our app is TELUS PharmaConnect, free for our patients on iOS and Android. Download it, sign up, and choose Guardian Thousand Islands Pharmacy as your pharmacy. After that, refills take a couple of taps. Download links, setup steps, and everything the app can do are on our Prescription Management page.
Free local delivery coverage and times
We deliver prescriptions and other pharmacy items free within Gananoque and the surrounding townships. Deliveries go out Monday to Friday between 12 and 4 pm. Not sure if your address is covered? Call (613) 382-1333 or contact us and we'll confirm. Full details are on our Home Delivery page.
Shipping for orders outside Gananoque
Yes, orders from our online catalogue ship anywhere in Canada. Orders under $135 ship at a flat $13.95; orders of $135 or more ship at $8.95. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Seniors Day every Thursday
Every Thursday is Seniors Day at Thousand Islands Pharmacy. Seniors save 20% in store. Prescriptions are not included, and if an item is already on sale (like a flyer special) you get whichever discount is larger, not both.
Transferring your prescriptions to us
Bring in your current bottles or call us with your pharmacy's name. We handle the transfer with your current pharmacy and let you know when it's done.
Booking vaccinations online
Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are given at our seasonal clinics, which are booked in advance. Other vaccines, such as shingles, pneumonia, hepatitis and travel vaccines, are available year-round by appointment, no referral required.
