Setting up the app for prescription refills
Download the app, choose Guardian Thousand Islands Pharmacy as your store, and link your prescription number from any recent receipt or bottle label. After that, refills take a couple of taps and you'll get a notification when your order is ready for pickup or out for delivery.
Free local delivery coverage and times
Delivery within Gananoque is free. Deliveries go out Monday to Friday between 12 and 4 pm.
Shipping for orders outside Gananoque
Yes, orders from our online catalogue ship anywhere in Canada. Orders under $135 ship at a flat $13.95; orders of $135 or more ship at $8.95. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Seniors Day every Thursday
Every Thursday is Seniors Day at Thousand Islands Pharmacy. Seniors save 20%. Ask our team in store for details and any exclusions.
Transferring your prescriptions to us
Bring in your current bottles or call us with your pharmacy's name. We handle the transfer with your current pharmacy and let you know when it's done.
Booking vaccinations online
Flu shots, COVID-19 vaccines, and other vaccinations are administered in store by our licensed pharmacists, no referral required. Visit our Vaccinations page to learn more, or call (613) 382-1333 to book.
