About our online catalogue

Our online store gives our customers access to thousands of medical supplies and home health products that we cannot stock on our shelves in Gananoque. Catalogue orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our distribution partner's warehouse to your door.

Shipping rates

We ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping is calculated on your order subtotal:

  • Orders under $135: flat-rate shipping of $13.95.
  • Orders of $135 or more: reduced flat-rate shipping of $8.95.

These rates reflect the carrier charges we pay ourselves, including a fuel surcharge that our distribution partner has recently passed on to us due to rising fuel costs. We pass shipping through at cost and do not mark it up.

Applicable taxes (GST/HST) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free local delivery

We offer free local delivery within the Gananoque and Thousand Islands area for pharmacy items such as prescriptions and blister packs. If you live locally and would like to arrange delivery or in-store pickup instead of shipping, please call us at (613) 382-1333 before placing your order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location within Canada. Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

Oversized and heavy items

Some large or heavy items (marked "Heavy Item" on the product page) may require special handling. If your order needs additional freight arrangements, we will contact you before shipping. You will never be charged more than the quoted amount without your approval.

Order tracking and issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery.
