Measure first thing in the morning, before any swelling, with a soft tape against bare skin.
- Ankle: the narrowest point, just above the ankle bone.
- Calf: the widest point of your calf.
- Thigh: the widest point of your thigh, about 5 cm below the crease of the buttock.
